Account & Registration Obligations

All shoppers have to register and login for placing orders on the Site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the shopper agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration. The customer can opt out either by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting the customer service.

PRICING

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery no additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

Where the Company agrees to supply goods, it may refuse a request for cancellation suspension or alteration to the order if materials or components have been ordered from a third party or manufacture of the goods has commenced. No order which has been accepted by OrderQuick may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the agreement in writing of the Company and on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify Pouch Makers in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by OrderQuick as a result of the cancellation.

Consumers do not have a right to return a product and ask for a refund for stock bags and pouches if they:

1. changed their mind and no longer want the product

2. ordered the wrong product

3. found the product cheaper elsewhere

4. found a better product elsewhere

5. were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (For e.g. Colour variation in paper pouches)

6. damaged the product by mishandling it.

​RETURN AND REFUNDS

No returns will be accepted on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects

If the product is wrongly delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to exchange the products

No Refunds will be made if a customer wants to change the products after the order is placed.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective)

YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM

1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by ORDERQUICK for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

2. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. ORDERQUICK reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

3. You authorize ORDERQUICK to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/account.

4. That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

5. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

6. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

All the Indian Laws both civil and commercial would be applicable to the transactions entered into through the website of the ORDERQUICK and the courts at Chandigarh alone have exclusive jurisdiction in case any disputes.
